The Riverwinds site is a mixed-use development with a waterfront location with views to Philadelphia Downtown. As part of a larger study analyzing the development opportunity, I evolved Typical Units and Building Solutions.

My work was to improve and expand number of units started by an earlier designer and place them in a simple configuration for the purpose of supporting planning discussions with the developer and the community
Design
I picked up this project after an initial draft. Improved and expanded plan sets for multi-family units.
Work was built on my prior experience designing home remodels in San Francisco and condominium design I had done in Berkeley.
